I consider myself tech savvy, when choosing my tech goods, I will look at reviews and ask friends. But when I decide on goods, If I am not happy with the level of service I will always walkout and buy somewhere else. Also I will tell everybody I know how terrible the experience was, and being known by my group of friends as tech savvy I am asked my opinion very regularly and influence my friends purchases.
